Emergency Contact Forms

Thank you to everyone who has completed their Emergency Contact forms.

This process only takes a few minutes, and it is essential to the care and well-being of your student in the case of an emergency or illness.

If you experience any issues logging in or accessing your account, please contact Stephanie Bullock at the Help Desk at helpdesk@lcss.org.

The directions to update these necessary forms is as follows:

Log into your Powerschool account.
Click on “Bio Update 2023-2024” in bottom of the left-hand column. The icon looks like following:

You will begin with your oldest student. Most fields will be auto populated, but please make sure the information is correct.
When you finish with your oldest student, you will be prompted to close the tab for the first student completed.
Return to the Grades/Attendance Main Page and select your next child at the top of the left hand column, and begin again at Step 2.
